Als Hotel Quality Coordinator (m/w/d) bist du das operative Auge und Ohr unserer Heads of Operations: Du reist direkt in unsere Hotels im gesamten JUFAversum, führst strukturierte Qualitätschecks durch und stellst die Einhaltung unserer Marken- und Betriebsstandards sicher. Du verstehst dich nicht als reine Kontrollinstanz, sondern als lösungsorientierte:r Partner:in auf Augenhöhe: Mit geschultem Blick, Empathie und deiner eigenen Praxiserfahrung unterstützt du die Teams vor Ort dabei, die Aufenthaltsqualität für unsere Gäste täglich aufs Neue zu heben.

Deine Entlohnung & Ausstattung

* Faire Vergütung: Bruttogehalt ab € 3.400,- / Monat (Basis Vollzeit All-In, 14x jährlich). Dein tatsächliches Gehalt vereinbaren wir individuell auf Basis deiner Erfahrung und Qualifikation.

* Ausstattung: Bereitstellung eines Dienstwagens (inkl. Privatnutzung) sowie moderne technische Ausstattung (Laptop, Smartphone/Tablet) für mobiles Arbeiten unterwegs.

Dein Aufgabenbereich bei den JUFA Hotels

* Qualitätschecks & Audits: Du führst strukturierte Qualitätschecks und Audits vor Ort in unseren Hotels durch.

* Nachbesprechung & Feedback: Du analysierst deine Ergebnisse und besprichst sie konstruktiv mit den Heads of Operations sowie direkt mit den Hotelteams vor Ort.

* Reporting & Maßnahmen: Du erstellst übersichtliche Audit-Reports und konkrete Maßnahmenpläne für die Cluster GMs und das Operations-Management.

* Support bei JUFA-Standards: Du begleitest und unterstützt die Standorte aktiv bei der korrekten Umsetzung unserer Betriebsstandards.

* Vor-Ort-Coaching: Du führst vereinzelt gezielte Trainings und Coachings für die Mitarbeiter:innen vor Ort durch.

* Standard-Weiterentwicklung: Du wirkst aktiv an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Qualitätshandbücher, Checklisten und Prozesse mit.

* Hygiene & Sicherheit: Du kontrollierst die Einhaltung aller Hygiene-, Sicherheits- und Instandhaltungsstandards.

* Troubleshooting & Pre-Opening: Du unterstützt flexibel bei Pre-Opening-Phasen neuer Standorte oder bei operativem Qualitäts-Troubleshooting.

Das bringst du für das JUFA Team mit

* Praxiserfahrung: Fundierte Allrounder-Praxis in der Hotellerie (z. B. aus der stv. Direktion, dem Operations Management oder als Abteilungsleiter:in).

* Qualitäts-Blick: Ausgeprägter Blick für Details, Hygiene, Instandhaltung und Servicequalität.

* Coaching-Mindset: Hohe Sozialkompetenz und die Fähigkeit, konstruktives Feedback wertschätzend auf Augenhöhe zu vermitteln.

* Mobilität: Führerschein Klasse B und eine hohe Reisebereitschaft (> 75 %) im gesamten JUFAversum.

* Sprachen: Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).
