ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL:

* Deutschkenntnisse für Gästekontakt unbedingt erforderlich

* Englisch in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil

* gute Textverarbeitungskenntnisse

* Gepflegte Umgangsformen

* Freude am Kommunizieren

* Freundliches Wesen

TÄTIGKEITEN:

* Rezeption/Empfang von Gästen

* Check-in der Gäste

* Check-out der Gäste

* Reservierungen entgegen nehmen/bearbeiten (Telefon, E-Mail, Website, Onlineplattformen)

* Erstellung von Zimmerangeboten

* Erledigung der Hotelkorrespondenz

* Administrative Bürotätigkeiten

* Freizeitberatung

* Gästebetreuung

* Zimmer-Ceck auf Sauberkeit

* fallweise Nachtdienst

ARBEITSZEIT:

* Vollzeit 40 Std./Woche (auf Wunsch auch Teilzeit mit mind. 32 Std./Woche möglich)

* Gehalt richtet sich nach Lebensalter und Erfahrung, Einstiegsgehalt ab 2.300,-- Euro bto/mtl. bei Vollzeit,
