Unser Haus heißt Sie als Business-, Gruppen- und Einzelreisende herzlich in einem unserer 100 Zimmer oder 6 Suiten willkommen.

Verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe der Knotenpunkte A1/A7/A9, zwischen den Autobahnabfahrten Ansfelden und Traun gelegen, gelangt man in kurzer Zeit ins Stadtzentrum von Linz oder Wels.

Unser Hotel liegt im Herzen Oberösterreichs & Europas, an der A1 und dennoch mitten im Grünen am Fuße des Petersberges und ruhig am Waldesrand.

Wir suchen 1 Hotelassistent_in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit 20 bis 40 Wochenstunden

Du bist ein Organisationstalent, behältst auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick und hast Freude am Umgang mit Gästen? Dann werde Teil unseres familiären Teams im Hotel Stockinger!

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Lehre, HBLA oder Tourismusfachschule) von Vorteil

* Alternativ entsprechende Berufserfahrung im Hotel- oder Tourismusbereich

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Zeitliche Flexibilität

* Führerschein B und eigener PKW

* Bereitschaft zu Spät- und Wochenenddiensten

* Selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise

* Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten

Deine Aufgaben

* Herzlicher Empfang sowie Check-In und Check-Out unserer Hotelgäste

* Fachgerechte Beratung und Betreuung unserer Gäste vor, während und nach ihrem Aufenthalt

* Erstellung von Angeboten sowie Verwaltung von Zimmerbuchungen und Veranstaltungen

* Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Koordination des Hotelbetriebs

* Mitarbeit bei der Frühstücksorganisation und Sicherstellung eines gelungenen Starts in den Tag für unsere Gäste

* Erstellung und Abstimmung von Dienstplänen

* Unterstützung bei Bestellungen und Einkäufen für den Hotelbetrieb

* Koordination und Abstimmung mit dem Housekeeping-Team für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

* Diverse Assistenzaufgaben für die Geschäftsführung

* Aktive Mitgestaltung durch eigene Ideen und Verbesserungsvorschläge

* Einhaltung von Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Servicestandards

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen des Hauses
