Bei uns bist du nah an unseren Gästen dran und sorgst mit deiner offenen Art dafür, dass sie sich rundum wohlfühlen. Wir sind ein familiär geführtes Wellnesshotel mit 5 Sternen, das großen Wert auf Qualität und gelebte Gastfreundschaft legt. Unser Erfolg basiert auf unserem engagierten Team und den Menschen, die bei uns arbeiten.

DEINE ROLLE IM TEAM:

Wir suchen Dich entweder für unsere Rezeption oder unser Restaurant. Je nachdem, wo deine Leidenschaft liegt und wo du deine Talente am besten einbringen kannst, erwarten dich folgende Aufgaben:

an der Rezeption:

* du begrüßt und verabschiedest unsere Gäste mit Herzlichkeit und sorgst vom ersten Moment an für ein gutes Gefühl * du bist Ansprechpartner_in für Wünsche, Fragen und Urlaubsinformationen und begleitest unsere Gäste durch ihren Aufenthalt * du kümmerst dich um Reservierungen, Gästekorrespondenz sowie einen reibungslosen Ablauf an der Rezeption * mit deinem Organisationstalent und deiner positiven Ausstrahlung trägst du zu einem rundum gelungenen Urlaubserlebnis bei * Hotelmanagement und Gästebetreuung

im Restaurant:

* du empfängst und betreust unsere Gäste herzlich und aufmerksam * du berätst mit Freude zu Speisen und Getränken und schaffst genussvolle Urlaubsmomente * im Abendservice unterstützt du den Chef de Rang, beim Frühstücks- und Nachmittagsservice betreust du deine eigene Station * mit deinem Gespür für Qualität, Service und Gastfreundschaft sorgst du dafür, dass sich unsere Gäste rundum wohlfühlen * ganz gleich, in welchem Bereich du bei uns startest - du wirst Teil eines Teams, das zusammenhält, sich gegenseitig unterstützt und jeden Tag mit * Leidenschaft daran arbeitet, unsere Gäste zu begeistern.

DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS:

* eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gastgewerbe oder einschlägige Erfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie * du bringst charmante Kompetenz, Freude am Service und einen professionellen Auftritt mit * Weiterentwicklung ist dir wichtig - bei internen Trainings und Schulungen bist du gern dabei * im Team zeigst du dich positiv, hilfsbereit und kollegial * dein Deutsch ist sehr gut, dein Englisch ebenfalls sicher - damit du auch mit internationalen Gästen mühelos kommunizieren kannst
