Jouw rol aan de front desk

Als hotelreceptionist ben jij het eerste en laatste contactpunt voor onze gasten.

Met jouw glimlach, service en oog voor detail maak je van elk verblijf een onvergetelijke ervaring.

Je taken:

  • Warm en professioneel ontvangen van gasten
  • In- en uitchecken volgens de standaarden van een vijfsterrenhotel
  • Beantwoorden van vragen (face-to face, telefonisch en per mail)
  • Verwerken van reservaties en administratieve opvolging
  • Correct afhandelen van betalingen en facturatie
  • Samenwerken met housekeeping, bar en management
  • Ervaring aan de receptie of in hospitality
  • Vlot in het Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een sterke troef)
  • Flexibel inzetbaar (shiften, weekends en feestdagen)
