Floreal Blankenberge biedt voor elk wat wils: een weekje met het gezin in juli of augustus op een appartementje, even een weekendje weg, gezellig met z’n twee verblijven in hotelformule of met een vereniging een midweek met allerlei activiteiten, het kan bij ons allemaal! Ook voor een familiefeestje of communie ben je bij ons aan het goede adres: in een ongedwongen sfeer een lekkere maaltijd nuttigen, terwijl de kinderen tussendoor wat kunnen ravotten op het speelterrein. #creatingmemoriestogether

Receptionist met goede administratieve vaardigheden en met het volgende takenpakket:

  • De gasten informeren over de faciliteiten en activiteiten
  • Toeristische informatie verschaffen over de omgeving
  • Klachtenbehandeling en zoeken naar accurate oplossingen
  • Onthaal van de gasten, administratie voor check-in/ check-out en de gasten wegwijs maken
  • Regelen van (interne) reservaties voor het restaurant
  • Opmaken van afrekeningen ( kamerverhuur, consumpties, .. ) en controleren van de betalingsmiddelen
  • Verkoop van diverse extra’s
  • Verzorgen van de communicatie ( telefoon, mail, … )
  • Opvolging/assistentie sales: opmaken van groepsoffertes en seminaries, opvolging van lopende dossiers, facturatie, …
  • Opvolging van social media ( Facebook pagina, app Floreal, info kiosk, .. ) en interne affichering en publiciteit
  • ....

Wij zoeken een echte teamplayer die zichzelf durft uitdagen en op zoek gaat naar vernieuwing, eigenheid en voor wie hospitality een absolute must is.

  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring als receptionist in de hotellerie
  • Je bent flexibel, enthousiast en leergierig
  • Je bent punctueel
  • Je bent gemotiveerd en ondernemend
  • Je bent creatief en komt met nieuwe ideeën
  • Je bent communicatief en hebt een positieve uitstraling
  • Je werkt zelfstandig maar ook in team
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, stipt en stressbestendig
  • Je bent bereid tot werken in ploegdienst ( wisselende shifts, zon- en feestdagen, weekends )
