Als spil ben je er niet alleen voor je collega's in de productie en op kantoor, maar ook voor externe klanten. Het is een rol vol variatie, waarbij je ondersteuning biedt voor diverse applicaties, servers, netwerken en hardware. Wat staat er op jouw takenlijst? - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne als externe klanten, evenals je teamgenoten op de IT-afdeling. - Supportverzoeken komen voornamelijk telefonisch binnen, waarbij jij ze registreert en oplost. Dan schakel je de juiste hulp in, en houd je de klant nauw op de hoogte, binnen of buiten de organisatie. - Naast het afhandelen van supportverzoeken, draag je bij aan het werkplekbeheer en neem je deel aan verschillende IT-projecten. - Deze rol biedt een boeiende mix van taken, waarbij je ondersteuning biedt op verschillende gebieden, zoals: - Softwareapplicaties; - Kantoorautomatisering; - Netwerken, servers, hardware, en meer.
