Jouw job Als Housekeeping Medewerker/Runner zorg je ervoor dat de kamers van onze gasten spic en span zijn zodat zij zich gelijk thuis voelen. Dankzij jouw glimmen de publieke ruimtes, gangen, trappenhuizen, het terras, toiletten en het restaurant. Het ontvangst van linnen valt ook onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Je voorziet alle medewerkers van de materialen die zij nodig hebben om het hotel schoon te maken. Wanneer er extra bedden geplaatst moeten worden ben jij hier verantwoordelijk voor. Jij bent het wakende oog over ons magazijn en ondersteunt het Housekeeping team waar nodig. Bij Vondel Hotels wordt een flexibele houding op prijs gesteld en beloond door middel van extra toeslagen boven op je salaris. Deze toeslagen ontvang je wanneer je op korte termijn een dienst invult of wanneer je in een ander hotel werkt dan het hotel waar je gewoonlijk werkt. Wat bieden wij jou?:: - Een marktconform salaris; - Reiskostenvergoeding als je meer dan 10 km van je werk woont; - Geniet van 8% vakantiegeld en 25 betaalde vakantiedagen (op basis van 38 uur per week); - Verdien een bonus van €500 voor elke nieuwe collega die via jou bij ons komt werken!;; - Ontvang 110% van je salaris als je in een ander hotel werkt dan normaal; - Je ontvangt 110% van je salaris wanneer je een dienst draait op een andere afdeling dan je gebruikelijke afdeling; - Profiteer van 110% van je salaris bij last-minute shifts (binnen 24 uur), en combineer deze bonus als je op een andere locatie werkt.
