We zitten in een monumentaal pand, midden in het Oosterpark, met restaurant PARK, zalen, events, kunst, historie en een flinke dosis Amsterdamse energie. We bouwen aan een hotel dat weer voelt als een plek voor en door Amsterdammers: gastvrij, creatief, lokaal en met oog voor kwaliteit. Daar hoort een sterk housekeepingteam bij. Want hoe mooi het pand, het restaurant of de events ook zijn: de gastbeleving begint bij een kamer die klopt. Schoon, verzorgd, warm en tot in detail goed voorbereid. Daarom zoeken wij een Housekeeping Supervisor die het overzicht houdt op de vloer, collega's aanstuurt en zorgt dat onze kamers en publieke ruimtes iedere dag tiptop in orde zijn. Wat ga je doen? Als Housekeeping Supervisor ben jij de schakel tussen de Housekeeping Manager, het team en de dagelijkse operatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de planning goed loopt, kamers op tijd gereed zijn en de kwaliteit voldoet aan de standaarden van Hotel Arena. Je bent veel op de vloer te vinden. Je controleert kamers, begeleidt collega's, signaleert bijzonderheden en schakelt snel met Front Office en Technische Dienst. Jij ziet wat er moet gebeuren en pakt door. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - aansturen en begeleiden van housekeepingcollega's tijdens de shift; - controleren van kamers, gangen en publieke ruimtes; - bewaken van schoonmaakstandaarden en kwaliteit; - verdelen van werkzaamheden en bewaken van de planning; - doorgeven en opvolgen van technische gebreken; - schakelen met Front Office over kamergereedheid, prioriteiten en bijzonderheden; - ondersteunen bij het inwerken van nieuwe collega's; - beheren van linnengoed, materialen en voorraad tijdens de operatie; - signaleren van verbeterpunten op de vloer; - waar nodig meewerken in de dagelijkse housekeepingoperatie....
