As a Turndown Employee, you will be responsible for perfectly preparing guest rooms for the evening by performing turndown services, including making beds, closing curtains, and adjusting lighting to create a welcoming atmosphere. - You refresh bedding, arrange pillows and blankets as needed, and maintain high cleanliness standards. - You replace used towels, replenish amenities, and empty trash bins to keep the rooms tidy. - It is essential that each room meets the strict presentation requirements of the hotel in Amsterdam. - You remain alert to report any maintenance issues, damage, or specific guest requests to your supervisors. - You act as a collaborative team member and support the housekeeping department with other related tasks as needed to ensure a seamless experience for every guest. Where will you be doing this? In the former Shipping House of Amsterdam, you will find one of the city's most iconic five-star hotels: Grand Hotel Amrâth Amsterdam. The hotel features 205 luxurious rooms, including 22 suites, 8 meeting and event spaces, a Bar Lounge, and a Spa & Wellness center. Located just 500 meters from Amsterdam Central Station, it is an absolute prime location. Step into 'A World of Luxury & Art'. Our hotel is part of Amrâth Hotels, a collection of 12 three, four, and five-star hotels in the Netherlands.
