Voor een modern en innovatief bedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een operator voor de fineerafdeling om het team te versterken.

Je komt terecht in een jong en dynamisch team waar kwaliteit, vakmanschap en een goede samenwerking centraal staan. Er wordt een interne opleiding voorzien zodat je het volledige productieproces en de specifieke technieken van de fineerafdeling goed leert kennen.

Als operator in de fineerafdeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van fineerstroken tot kwalitatieve fineervellen.

  • Productieplannen en stuklijsten lezen en correct interpreteren
  • Fineerstroken sorteren volgens tekening, uitzicht en kwaliteit
  • Fineer selecteren volgens de voorgeschreven selecties en voegwijzen
  • Bedienen van een snijmachine en lijmvoegmachine
  • Fineerstroken verwerken tot fineervellen
  • Fineervellen verlijmen op de dragers met behulp van een doorlooppers
  • De kwaliteit van de afgewerkte producten controleren
  • Nauwkeurig werken volgens de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen
  • Zorgen voor een ordelijke en veilige werkplek
  • Samenwerken met collega's om het productieproces vlot te laten verlopen
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse of passie voor hout en houtbewerking
  • Je beschikt over een diploma houtbewerking of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een pluspunt
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om nieuwe technieken aan te leren
  • Je weet van aanpakken en neemt graag initiatief
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en ordelijk
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in team werken
  • Je bent flexibel en hebt een positieve werkhouding
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een voltijdse tewerkstelling van maandag tot vrijdag
