Houtrotsaneerder Ben jij een ervaren Houtrotsaneerder met oog voor kwaliteit en duurzame oplossingen? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou! Bij Pasman krijg je afwisselend werk, fijne collega's en projecten waar je met trots aan kunt bijdragen. Wij zoeken een vakman die houtrot zorgvuldig weet te beoordelen en vakkundig herstelt, praktisch ingesteld is en zich thuis voelt in een betrokken team. Wat ga je doen als Houtrotsaneerder? Als Houtrotsaneerder werk je aan renovatie- en onderhoudsprojecten waarbij houtrot centraal staat. Je beoordeelt aangetast houtwerk, voert herstelwerkzaamheden uit en zorgt ervoor dat kozijnen, ramen, deuren en geveltimmerwerk weer duurzaam en netjes worden hersteld. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene dag werk je aan houtrotherstel bij bewoonde woningen, de andere dag voer je sanerings- en reparatiewerkzaamheden uit binnen grotere onderhoudsprojecten. Je werkt zelfstandig of samen met collega's op locatie en hebt regelmatig contact met bewoners, opdrachtgevers en je team. Daarbij zorg je niet alleen voor vakkundig houtrotherstel, maar ook voor een nette werkplek, duidelijke communicatie en een professionele uitstraling. Jouw nauwkeurigheid en vakmanschap maken het verschil in de kwaliteit en duurzaamheid van onze projecten. - Het herkennen, beoordelen en saneren van houtrot. - Het uitvoeren van houtrotreparaties aan kozijnen, ramen, deuren en geveltimmerwerk. - Het herstellen en behouden van bestaand houtwerk binnen renovatie- en onderhoudsprojecten. - Klachten- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden bij bewoonde woningen. - Je werkt zelfstandig of samen met collega's op locatie.
