Houtrotspecialist - Reparatie en Onderhoud - 32 tot 40 uren per week - tussen €3000 en €4000 per maand - Uitzendbasis, uitzicht op vaste dienst Werk als houtrotspecialist bij een specialistisch onderhoudsbedrijf dat zich richt op woningcorporaties. In deze functie herstel je houten kozijnen en onderdelen, werk je zelfstandig en lever je kwaliteit bij bewoners thuis. Je krijgt goede voorwaarden en volop ruimte om je te ontwikkelen. 1 Dit ga je doen Als houtrotspecialist ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het inspecteren, signaleren en vakkundig herstellen van houtrot bij diverse projecten. Je werkt met professionele reparatiesystemen en zorgt dat kozijnen, ramen en andere houten delen weer in perfecte staat verkeren. Jouw vakmanschap en oog voor detail zorgen voor tevreden bewoners en een duurzaam resultaat. Op een gemiddelde dag start je met het inventariseren van de werkzaamheden. Daarna ga je aan de slag met het repareren van houtrotplekken, schuren en gronden. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar overlegt regelmatig met collega's en bewoners over de voortgang.
