We doen tuinaanleg en onderhoud voor zowel bedrijven als particulieren. De ene dag leggen we een tuin aan met bestrating, planten en een nieuwe schutting. De andere dag zijn we op onderhoudsrondes: hagen snoeien, gras maaien, onkruid weg, blad ruimen. Soms groot werk, soms veel kleine klusjes achter elkaar. Samenwerken gebeurt in ploegen. 's Ochtends kort afstemmen, onderweg overleggen op locatie, en als het weer of de planning anders loopt, lossen we dat samen op. Iedereen helpt mee waar het nodig is. Onze opdrachten lopen uiteen: een tuin bij een kinderdagverblijf die veilig en netjes moet blijven, onderhoud in een kleine kantoortuin, of een particuliere tuin die compleet opnieuw wordt ingericht met borders, bestrating en pergola. En ja, er zit altijd wel een klus tussen die "maar een dagje werk" zou zijn. De Baan Als hovenier bij ons draait je dag om aanleggen en bouwen in het groen. Na een kop koffie laden we de bus en gaan we op pad. Je zet hoogtes uit, maakt borders klaar, poten planten en bomen en legt straatwerk dat strak moet liggen en dat ook blijft liggen. Afreien, zagen, opsluiten en alles netjes afwerken hoort er gewoon bij. Je werkt samen met collega's die weten wat aanpakken is en op locatie heb je contact met klanten die benieuwd zijn naar het eindresultaat. Soms werkt het weer niet mee en soms de bestrating ook niet, maar daar klagen we even over en gaan dan gewoon door. Zwaar werk, vuile handen en zichtbaar resultaat, dat is hovenierswerk zoals het hoort.
