Aanleg, renovatie én onderhoud combineren zonder vast te zitten aan één soort groenproject. Vanuit De Moer werk je aan tuinen, sportvelden en professionele buitenruimtes waar je jouw vakkennis breed kunt inzetten en regelmatig zelf contact hebt met de klant. Je werkt met vaste collega’s, hebt het hele jaar werk en krijgt ruimte om verder te groeien binnen het hoveniersvak. Funtieomschrijving Je werkt bij een professionele groenorganisatie in de regio De Moer die complete buitenruimtes realiseert en onderhoudt voor gemeenten, woningorganisaties, zorginstellingen en bedrijven. De projecten variëren van tuinen en openbaar groen tot sportvelden en andere professioneel beheerde terreinen. Je werkt in een vast team, hebt jaarrond werk en krijgt mogelijkheden om jezelf vakinhoudelijk verder te ontwikkelen. Functie-eisen Ervaring als hovenier, vakbekwaam hovenier of vergelijkbare groenfunctie Een afgeronde groene mbo-opleiding of ruime praktijkervaring op vergelijkbaar niveau Kennis van zowel aanleg als professioneel groenonderhoud In het bezit van rijbewijs B en VCA Basis Je kunt zelfstandig werken maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team Klantgerichte werkhouding met aandacht voor kwaliteit en een nette oplevering Wij bieden Salaris van €3.100 tot €3.900 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en vakkennis Een werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur met jaarrond werk en uitzicht op een vast dienstverband 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld en pensioenopbouw vanaf de eerste werkdag Reiskostenvergoeding, professionele werkkleding en passende PBM’s Afwisselend werk in aanleg, renovatie en onderhoud op verschillende groenprojecten Vakgerichte opleidingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden richting voorman of een andere specialistische groenfunctie Over Proflex Aanleggen, renoveren en onderhouden van groene buitenruimtes Planten van bomen, heesters, hagen en andere beplanting Aanleggen van sierbestrating en verschillende groenelementen Meewerken aan gazons, sportvelden en andere groenprojecten
