Je krijgt moderne materialen, veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid en afwisselende onderhoudsprojecten in de regio. Funtieomschrijving Je werkt bij een professionele groenorganisatie die complete buitenruimtes beheert voor bedrijven, instellingen en andere zakelijke en maatschappelijke opdrachtgevers. De projecten variëren van bedrijfsterreinen en plantsoenen tot andere intensief gebruikte groene locaties waarbij kwaliteit en een verzorgde uitstraling belangrijk zijn. Je werkt met professionele materialen, korte lijnen en voldoende vrijheid om jouw vakkennis zelfstandig toe te passen. Functie-eisen Ervaring als hovenier onderhoud, vakbekwaam hovenier of vergelijkbare groenfunctie Goede praktijkkennis van planten, snoeiwerk en professioneel groenonderhoud Mbo-opleiding groen of aantoonbare praktijkervaring op vergelijkbaar niveau Rijbewijs B, waarbij rijbewijs BE een sterke pré is VCA of bereidheid dit via Proflex te behalen Zelfstandige en klantgerichte werkhouding met oog voor kwaliteit Wij bieden Salaris van €3.000 tot €3.900 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en vakkennis Een werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld en pensioenopbouw vanaf de eerste werkdag Reiskostenvergoeding, professionele werkkleding en passende PBM’s Professioneel accu- en mechanisch gereedschap en veel zelfstandigheid Vakgerichte opleidingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden richting voorman onderhoud Over Proflex Snoeien en verzorgen van hagen, heesters en andere beplanting Onderhouden van borders, plantsoenen, gazons en groenstroken Signaleren van ziektes, groeiproblemen en achteruitgang in het groen Werken met professioneel accu- en mechanisch gereedschap
