De hagen rond de vakantieverblijven, het gras langs de speelvelden en de beplanting bij de entree vragen ieder om ander onderhoud. In Medemblik zorg je als hovenier dat het complete parkterrein er verzorgd, veilig en uitnodigend bij ligt. Je voert zelfstandig onderhoud uit, maar werkt bij grotere klussen samen met vaste collega’s. Daarbij houd je rekening met gasten, kinderen en verkeer op het terrein. De werkzaamheden wisselen met de seizoenen, waardoor je naast regulier onderhoud ook aanplant, herstelwerk en kleine renovaties uitvoert. Funtieomschrijving Via Proflex werk je op een vakantiepark in Medemblik. Het terrein bestaat uit vakantieverblijven, algemene voorzieningen, speelplekken, wandelpaden en verschillende soorten beplanting. Je hebt een herkenbaar werkgebied en kunt daardoor goed volgen hoe het groen zich door het jaar heen ontwikkelt. De werkzaamheden worden verdeeld op basis van het seizoen, de parkbezetting en de onderhoudsplanning. Je werkt in een praktische omgeving waarin verzorgd groen direct onderdeel is van de uitstraling van het park. Functie-eisen Ervaring als hovenier, groenvoorziener of medewerker groenonderhoud Kennis van snoeien, maaien, planten en algemeen terreinonderhoud Ervaring met een bosmaaier, heggenschaar en grasmaaier Een veilige werkwijze in een omgeving waar regelmatig gasten aanwezig zijn Je kunt zelfstandig naar de werklocatie in Medemblik komen VCA of de bereidheid dit certificaat te behalen Wij bieden Salaris van € 2.650 tot € 3.550 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring Een werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur met zicht op een vast dienstverband bij goed functioneren 25 verlofdagen per jaar op fulltime basis en 8,00% vakantiegeld Pensioenopbouw vanaf de eerste werkdag volgens de geldende regeling Een vaste werkomgeving in Medemblik met afwisselend hovenierswerk door alle seizoenen Passende machines en gereedschappen en aanvullende arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de geldende cao en opdrachtinformatie Over Proflex Maaien van
