- +31 (0)70 360 69 90 - [email protected] HR Administrator Voor onze opdrachtgever, een interessante, bekende dynamische retailorganisatie, zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een enthousiaste en servicegerichte HR Administrator Coordinatie, allround, meedenken, eigen initiatief Regio: Amsterdam In deze functie ben je het aanspreekpunt voor alle HR gerelateerde vragen. Samen met je 2 parttime collega's van het HR administratie team zorg jij ervoor dat de organisatie op het gebied van HR op rolletjes loopt. Dit doe je onder andere door de personeels-, verlof en verzuimadministratie bij te houden, mutaties te verwerken, alsmede begeleiden van het aanleveren van de salarisadministratie aan de externe payroll provider (je hoeft geen expert te zijn in payroll). Daarnaast houd je een oogje in het zeil bij de in-, door- en uitstroomprocessen. Je bent een soort spin in het web en adviseur naar de HR adviseurs, de HR Manager, de winkels en recruitment. Je helpt en denkt actief mee over het ontwerp en implementatie van zowel bestaande als nieuwe procedures en werkwijzen, je levert een bijdage aan managementrapportages/budgets en draagt mede bij aan de toepassing van actuele wet- en regelgeving. Profiel: - HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur een HBO opleiding in de richting van HR; - Je hebt ongeveer 5+ jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; - Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - Je bent enthousiast, neemt initiatief en bent stressbestendig en flexibel; - Je bent een teamspeler, resultaat- en servicegericht, nauwkeurig, vindt het leuk om collega's aan te sturen en te adviseren; - Je hebt (enige) ervaring, affiniteit met payroll; een payroll opleiding is een pre; - Je hebt ervaring met AFAS; - Je bent op de hoogte van actuele wet- en regelgeving; - Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
