Ben jij administratief sterk, werk je graag nauwkeurig en haal je voldoening uit het ondersteunen van collega's? Hou je ervan wanneer personeelsdossiers correct zijn, HR-processen vlot verlopen en medewerkers snel verder geholpen worden? Dan is deze functie als HR Administrator misschien wel iets voor jou.

Als HR Administrator ben je een belangrijke administratieve schakel binnen de HR-afdeling. Je werkt nauw samen met de HR Business Partner en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse HR-administratie correct en efficiënt verloopt. Wat ga je doen?

  • Beheer en actualisatie van personeelsdossiers
  • Opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten, contractwijzigingen en andere HR-documenten
  • Administratieve opvolging van in- en uitdiensttredingen.
  • Verwerken van tijdsregistraties en opvolgen van verloven en afwezigheden
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij de personeelsplanning
  • Payrollgegevens voorbereiden en de nodige controles uitvoeren
  • Contact onderhouden met het sociaal secretariaat
  • Zorgen voor een warme en vlotte onboarding van nieuwe collega's
  • Medewerkers verder helpen met vragen over HR-processen, sociale documenten en verzekeringen
  • Ondersteunen bij interne HR-audits en ervoor zorgen dat de nodige documentatie correct beschikbaar is
  • Relevante wijzigingen binnen de sociale wetgeving opvolgen
  • Afstemmen met interne en externe partners, zoals IT, Payroll, ziekenfondsen en vakbonden
  • Meewerken aan HR-projecten en ondersteunen bij het opstellen van rapporteringen
  • Een bacheloropleiding of relevante ervaring binnen HR-administratie vormt een goede basis
  • Betrouwbaar, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend
  • Oog voor detail en discreet omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie
  • Een leergierige en nieuwsgierige ingesteldheid waarbij je zaken graag verder uitzoekt
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en initiatief durven nemen
  • Communicatief sterk en servicegericht in de samenwerking met collega's
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een dynamische organisatie die voortdurend in ontwikkeling is
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en vlot kunnen werken met Excel
  • Ervaring met payroll of kennis van sociale wetgeving
