Als HR Administrator Payroll Haven ben je het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met loonadministratie te maken heeft binnen een internationale logistieke omgeving in Zeebrugge. Je volgt de volledige payrolladministratie op van havenarbeiders en logistieke medewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat alles correct en tijdig verloopt. Jouw rol is cruciaal voor een vlot HR-beleid.

Een gemiddelde werkdag bestaat uit het controleren van tijdsregistraties, het verwerken van verlof en ziekte, het beheren van personeelsgegevens en het beantwoorden van vragen over loon en sociale wetgeving. Je werkt samen met interne teams en externe partners, stelt rapporten op en denkt actief mee over verdere optimalisatie van de HR-processen.

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur in personeelswerk of HR.
  • Je hebt een sterke administratieve en communicatieve vaardigheid.
  • Je hebt kennis van payroll en basiskennis van sociale wetgeving.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel, Outlook en payrollsystemen (ervaring met OPLA/Blockx is een plus).
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, nauwkeurig en kan goed prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je werkt graag samen in team en bent klantgericht.
  • Je neemt initiatief en werkt proactief.
