Dit zijn jouw dagelijkse actions Voor ons internationale hoofdkantoor zoeken we collega's die helpen bij de personeelsadministratie van de 15 landen waar we nu actief zijn. Binnen onze personeelsadministratie werken we met meerdere teams, die elk verantwoordelijk zijn voor de HR-administratie van hun eigen landen. De HR-administratie is de ruggengraat van het personeelsbeheer van Action in heel Europa. Elk landenteam binnen de afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor alle administratieve aspecten van de employee lifecycle, van indiensttreding en onboarding tot tijdregistratie en contractwijzigingen. Bij indiensttreding stellen de landenteams contracten op, controleren ze de gegevens van nieuwe medewerkers en zorgen ze voor een soepele onboarding - een cruciale eerste indruk voor nieuwe collega's. Op het gebied van tijdregistratie zorgen ze ervoor dat alle gewerkte uren correct in het systeem staan, dat salarissen juist worden berekend en uitbetaald en dat verzuim goed wordt geregistreerd, in overeenstemming met de lokale arbeidswetgeving.
