Ondersteun ons HR-team als HR-Administrator Fulltime In overleg HBO Kessel 3000 - 3700 Als HR-Administrator maak je deel uit van een hecht HR-team waarin verschillende expertises samenkomen en waarin je nauw samenwerkt met je collega's. Samen met je collega vorm je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met HR-administratie te maken heeft. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze HR-processen soepel verlopen en ondersteunt zo je collega's binnen de organisatie. Of het nu gaat om het verwerken van gegevens, het uploaden van documenten of het opstellen van overzichten en brieven. Je bent een teamspeler en haalt voldoening uit het verzamelen van gegevens bij kandidaten, medewerkers en leidinggevenden. Daarnaast ondersteun je je collega's in brede zin, bijvoorbeeld bij het inplannen van afspraken, het notuleren van gesprekken en het voorbereiden van brieven en contracten. Jouw dagen zijn afwisselend. Van het opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten en het verwerken van ziekmeldingen tot het regelen van trainingen en het bijhouden van personeelsdata: jij regelt het. Af en toe ondersteun je ook bij een werkplekinspectie of een interne audit. Wat ga je doen ? - Je beheert de personeelsadministratie en werkt zelfstandig met onze HR-systemen; - Je werkt met verschillende HR-systemen en digitale tools, zoals ADP, Microsoft Office en externe portals (voor tijdregistratie, verzuim, pensioen en verzekeringen). - Je voert de administratieve taken uit binnen het instroom-, doorstroom- en uitstroomproces van medewerkers. - Je plant opleidingen in en bewaakt de opleidingenagenda; ook ondersteun je bij de uitvoering van het opleidingsplan. - Je registreert werkplekinspecties en veiligheidsinstructies. - Je ondersteunt de HR-administratie voor zowel onze Nederlandse als buitenlandse entiteiten.
