Zum Aufbau unseres Teams in Oberösterreich (Mühlviertel / Linz) suchen wir einen engagierten HR Administrator / Personalreferent (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

Bei uns erwartet Dich kein klassischer Schreibtischjob mit rein strategischen HR-Themen. Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die sich sowohl um Mitarbeiterdaten, Zeiterfassung und Dokumentation kümmert als auch Kontakte zu Subunternehmen und Behörden hält und die Betreuung unserer internationalen Projektmitarbeiter übernimmt.

- Eigenständige Betreuung aller operativen Personalthemen im Projekt. - Organisation und Durchführung von Onboarding-Prozessen. - Pflege von Personalakten, Stammdaten und HR-Dokumentationen. - Erstellung und Pflege von Excel-Auswertungen, Personalübersichten und Reportings. - Verwaltung von Arbeitszeiten, Anwesenheitslisten und Urlaubsübersichten. - Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für die Entgeltabrechnung. - Erstellung und Verwaltung von Mitarbeiterausweisen und projektbezogenen Dokumenten. - Unterstützung bei Arbeitsgenehmigungen, Aufenthaltsgenehmigungen und Behördenverfahren für internationale Mitarbeiter. - Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte in allen administrativen Personalfragen. - Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Steuerberatern, externen Dienstleistern und Personalvermittlern. - Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei Personalplanung und Personaleinsatz. - Erstellung regelmäßiger HR-Kennzahlen und Berichte.

Dein Profil

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung/Studium - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich in Österreich ist erforderlich, idealerweise in der Bauwirtschaft - Kenntnisse von Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer und Sozialversicherungsrecht - idealerweise Erfahrung in internationaler Fachkräftegewinnung und der Durchführung von Visaverfahren - Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise - Hands- on Mentalität und Freude daran, Personalthemen eigenständig und operativ umzusetzen. - Hohe Zahlenaffinität und Erfahrung im Reporting, Excel ist ein Muss - Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch sind ein Muss, Italienisch ist ein Plus

Du kommst nicht aus der Region? Kein Problem: Wir stellen Dir eine möblierte Wohnung in Arbeitsplatznähe zur Verfügung. 2 Heimreisen im Monat bekommst Du bezahlt, vor Ort steht Dir ein Auto zur Verfügung. Durch unseren Arbeitsrhythmus in Rotation hast Du alle 2 Wochen 4 Tage frei.
