Hou jij ervan om dossiers te behartigen en de bijhorende regelgeving toe te passen? Ben je sterk in adviesverlening en administratieve afhandeling? Is klantgerichtheid één van je troeven en wil je werken binnen een sterk gedigitaliseerde omgeving? Dan ben jij misschien wel de persoon die wij zoeken!

Als HR administrator/payroll officer binnen het Dienstencentrum Personeelsadministratie (DCPA) krijg je de kans om je van A tot Z te verdiepen in personeelsdossiers en de bijhorende regelgeving. Je zorgt voor een zorgvuldige administratieve afhandeling van jouw dossiers en adviseert klanten op een vriendelijke manier over vragen rond verloning, indiensttredingen, verlofaanvragen, anciënniteitsvragen, ...

Je zorgt met andere woorden mee voor een efficiënte loon- en personeelsadministratie binnen de Vlaamse overheid. Onze organisatie zet bovendien ook sterk in op digitalisering, iets waar je als HR administrator/payroll officer zeker aan kan bijdragen!

Momenteel is er één concrete vacature voor de functie. Het Dienstencentrum Personeelsadministratie is echter continu op zoek naar talentvolle startende en ervaren HR administrators/payroll officers en zal op korte termijn beroep doen op de werfreserve.

Je hebt een bachelordiploma in HR, personeelswerk of rechtspraktijk.

Je hebt een bachelordiploma én een eerste werkervaring in het beheren van (personeels)dossiers, met sociaaljuridische regelgeving of administratieve procedures.

Beschik je niet over het vereiste diploma voor deze vacature?
