In deze veelzijdige functie ben je de verbindende factor tussen medewerkers, management en de organisatie. Jouw werkdag bij Foppen als HR Adviseur Als HR Adviseur ben je de spil in het web tussen het management en onze medewerkers. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken en ondersteunt leidinggevenden en medewerkers met advies en begeleiding. Van recruitment en onboarding tot verzuim, ontwikkeling en arbeidsvoorwaarden: jij zorgt ervoor dat onze HR-processen goed verlopen en denkt actief mee over hoe we deze verder kunnen verbeteren. Het gaat om een functie van één jaar, waarin je ons HR-team komt versterken. Je bent zichtbaar binnen de organisatie, weet wat er speelt en weet op een professionele én persoonlijke manier het verschil te maken. Daarbij krijg je volop ruimte om initiatief te nemen, mee te denken en HR binnen Foppen verder te ontwikkelen. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist die afwisseling maakt deze functie zo veelzijdig.
