Dan hebben wij een mooie kans voor jou! Wat ga jij doen? Als HR Adviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige werving- en selectieproces. Daarnaast adviseer je leidinggevenden over personeelsvraagstukken en denk je actief mee over verbeteringen binnen de organisatie. - Inventariseren van de personeelsbehoefte en adviseren van leidinggevenden over de juiste kandidaten. - Opstellen en verbeteren van vacatureteksten en actief zoeken en benaderen van kandidaten. - Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van recruitmentcampagnes en inzetten van social media en andere wervingskanalen. - Voeren van gesprekken over arbeidsvoorwaarden, opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten en behandelen van HR-vraagstukken. - Adviseren over functioneren, ontwikkeling en duurzame inzetbaarheid en onderhouden van contacten met scholen en andere relevante partners. Wat vragen wij van jou? - Je hebt meerdere jaren relevante werkervaring binnen HR en/of recruitment. - Je beschikt over een relevante hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld HRM of Personeel & Arbeid. - Je bent communicatief sterk, assertief en durft leidinggevenden gevraagd en ongevraagd te adviseren. - Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en denkt creatief en commercieel mee. - Je kunt goed schakelen tussen recruitment, personeelsvraagstukken en verschillende gesprekspartners. Wat bieden wij jou? - Een salaris van € 3.800 tot € 4.800 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en opleiding. - 26 vakantiedagen. - Een fietsplan en korting bij de bouwmarkt. - Mogelijkheden voor opleiding en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. - Veel zelfstandigheid, vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid.
