Ons HR-team (HR Manager en HR Medewerker) draait op volle toeren, maar we groeien hard en willen het nóg beter, slimmer en professioneler doen. Daarom zoeken we iemand die daar precies tussenin stapt. Iemand met ervaring, overzicht en misschien nog wel belangrijker: de nodige lef. Een greep uit je werkzaamheden: HR & Advies - Sparringpartner voor collega's en ondersteuning voor leidinggevenden waar nodig - Begeleiden van gesprekken rondom functioneren, verzuim en ontwikkeling - Meedenken over hoe dingen slimmer, duidelijker en beter kunnen - Bijdragen aan het behoud van collega's en positieve bedrijfscultuur - Schrijven van vacatureteksten die wél werken - Actief zoeken en benaderen van kandidaten - Voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken en maken van de juiste match - Quadira neerzetten als aantrekkelijke werkgever We werken met een aantal bureaus en onderhouden die relaties. Tegelijkertijd willen we recruitment steeds meer zelf oppakken. Dit doe je samen met de HR Medewerker, zodat we stap voor stap minder afhankelijk worden van externe partijen.
