In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je Mens & Cultuur werkzaamheden met contentcreatie en interne communicatie. De ene dag begeleid je een nieuwe collega tijdens de onboarding of voer je een verzuimgesprek. De andere dag loop je door het magazijn om foto's en video's te maken van een nieuwe levering, een beursopbouw of een mooi moment met collega's. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig binnen de organisatie en weet wat er speelt. Medewerkers weten je te vinden voor vragen, leidinggevenden kunnen op je rekenen voor ondersteuning bij uiteenlopende personeelsvraagstukken en tegelijkertijd zorg jij ervoor dat de cultuur, mensen en activiteiten van de organisatie op een aantrekkelijke manier zichtbaar worden. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Jij schakelt moeiteloos tussen mensen begeleiden, zaken organiseren en verhalen vertellen.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Ondersteunen bij onboarding trajecten en dagelijkse HR werkzaamheden; - Voeren van verzuim-, voortgangs- en begeleidingsgesprekken; - Ondersteunen van leidinggevenden bij HR-gerelateerde vraagstukken; - Meewerken aan de opvolging van verzuimdossiers; - Coördineren van vacatures en recruitmentprocessen; - Contact onderhouden met kandidaten en betrokken leidinggevenden; Bewaken van afspraken, processen en interne structuur; - Maken, verzamelen en plaatsen van social media content; - Zichtbaar maken van medewerkers, producten, evenementen en dagelijkse werkzaamheden; - Ondersteunen bij interne communicatie, activiteiten en evenementen.

Jij bent iemand die makkelijk contact maakt, initiatief toont en zich prettig voelt in een veelzijdige functie waarin mens, organisatie en communicatie samenkomen. Daarnaast herken jij jezelf in het volgende:

- Je hebt een mbo+ of hbo werk- en denkniveau; - Je hebt ervaring binnen HR, recruitment, communicatie of een vergelijkbare functie; - Je bent communica
