We werken aan thema's als leiderschap, strategische personeelsplanning, organisatieontwikkeling, werkdruk, verzuim en professionele ontwikkeling. Daarbij houden we steeds voor ogen voor wie we het doen: de mensen die iedere dag bijdragen aan het onderwijs en de ondersteuning van onze studenten. We willen bijdragen aan een werkomgeving waarin medewerkers zich gezien en ondersteund voelen, zich kunnen ontwikkelen en met plezier en professionaliteit hun werk kunnen doen. Als senior HR-adviseur/businesspartner krijg je de ruimte om hier actief aan mee te bouwen. Wat ga je doen? Als HR-adviseur bij Mediacollege Amsterdam (MA) combineer je de dagelijkse HR-praktijk met organisatiebrede projecten. In deze veelzijdige functie schakel je voortdurend tussen operationele personeelsvraagstukken, tactische advisering en projectmatige verbeteringen van ons HR-beleid en onze dienstverlening. Het ene moment adviseer je een leidinggevende over een complex personeelsvraagstuk, het volgende moment werk je met collega's aan de ontwikkeling of invoering van nieuw HR-beleid. Je bent een stevige en toegankelijke gesprekspartner voor directie, management en leidinggevenden en ondersteunt verschillende teams binnen de organisatie. Daarbij houd je oog voor wat nú nodig is én voor wat medewerkers en teams op langere termijn verder helpt.
