Met een team van circa 20 medewerkers adviseren wij bedrijven en (semi-)overheden op het gebied van veiligheid en risicomanagement. We zijn ambitieus en willen de komende jaren verder groeien. Daarom zoeken wij een HR-adviseur die ervoor zorgt dat onze HR-processen, het HR-beleid en de personeelsontwikkeling meegroeien met onze ambities. Onze organisatie kenmerkt zich door een informele, technische en no-nonsense werkomgeving. Jij voelt je hierin thuis en weet zowel medewerkers als directie op een toegankelijke en professionele manier te adviseren en te ondersteunen. Wat ga je doen? Als HR-adviseur ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor HR binnen onze organisatie. Je bent een vraagbaak voor medewerkers en een belangrijke sparringpartner voor de directie. Je adviseert over personele, organisatorische en arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken en zorgt ervoor dat HR-zaken proactief worden opgepakt en opgevolgd. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het verder ontwikkelen en professionaliseren van ons HR-beleid. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het adviseren van de directie over arbeidsrechtelijke en personele vraagstukken. - Het voeren van en ondersteunen bij functionerings-, voortgangs- en beoordelingsgesprekken en het bewaken van gemaakte afspraken. - Het vormgeven en uitvoeren van beleid gericht op de ontwikkeling en groei van medewerkers. - Het coördineren van het volledige werving- en selectieproces: van het actief werven van kandidaten en het uitbreiden van ons netwerk met (recruitment)partners tot het vo...
