HR Adviseur Ben jij een benaderbare HR Adviseur die de praktijk begrijpt en graag zichtbaar is op de werkvloer? Wil jij samen met leidinggevenden werken aan ontwikkeling en inzetbaarheid vanuit onze kernwaarden "Zichtbaar, beter en slimmer" ? Dan maken we graag kennis met je! Als HR Adviseur ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers bij dagelijkse HR‑vraagstukken. Je adviseert en ondersteunt hen bij de uitvoering van HR‑processen, in samenwerking met HR‑assistenten. Je werkt nauw samen met de HR Manager en vertaalt HR‑beleid naar de dagelijkse praktijk. Daarnaast heb je een duidelijke rol binnen Learning & Development en recruitment. Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op onze locaties en koppelt signalen en verbetermogelijkheden actief terug aan de HR Manager. Wat ga je doen als HR Adviseur? - Adviseren van leidinggevenden over o.a. inzetbaarheid, functioneren, verzuim en arbeidsvoorwaarden en het ondersteunen bij beoordelings- en ontwikkelgesprekken. - Adviseren van medewerkers over HR-vraagstukken. - Begeleiden van verzuimtrajecten en het onderhouden van contact met de arbodienst en andere betrokken partijen i.s.m. de HR-assistenten. - Bijdragen aan HR-projecten en medewerkerstevredenheid. - Uitvoeren van recruitment en onboarding en zorgen voor een zorgvuldige instroom. - Correct toepassen en toelichten van cao‑afspraken in de praktijk. - Coördineren en meedenken over opleidings- en ontwikkelactiviteiten, vakbekwaamheid en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Wat breng jij mee? - Hbo werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring in een brede HR‑adviesrol. - Bij voorkeur kennis van relevante cao's (Beroepsgoederenvervoer, Groot Metaal en/of Carrosseriebedrijf) en ervaring met (functioneel beheer) AFAS. - Toegankelijke, communicatief sterke persoonlijkheid met affiniteit voor Learning & Development. - Bereidheid om te reizen naar o.a.
