Je werkt in een innovatieve, internationale organisatie waar technologie, samenwerking en continu verbeteren centraal staan. Als HR Advisor begeleid je de volledige employee journey: van instroom tot uitstroom. Daarbij ligt jouw focus op Learning & Development, performance, talentontwikkeling en betrokkenheid. Je combineert operationele HR-werkzaamheden met een duidelijke advies- en ontwikkelrol, waardoor je dagelijks bijdraagt aan de groei van zowel medewerkers als de organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je bent een sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden, ondersteunt medewerkers bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken en neemt het initiatief om HR-processen slimmer en toekomstbestendiger te maken. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Ontwikkelen, implementeren en verbeteren van onboarding-, ontwikkel- en performanceprogramma's. - Organiseren en faciliteren van trainingen en opleidingsprogramma's, vaak op maat gemaakt voor onze organisatie. - Adviseren van leidinggevenden en teams over ontwikkeling, verzuim, performance en andere HR-vraagstukken. - Signaleren van trends op het gebied van betrokkenheid, ontwikkeling en retentie en deze vertalen naar concrete verbeterinitiatieven. - Actief bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van HR-processen, beleid en werkwijzen. - Meewerken aan HR-innovaties, zoals digitalisering, systeemimplementaties, datagedreven werken en de toepassing van ...
