Je adviseert de managers van je teams pro-actief over HR thema's en instrumentarium in volle omvang, zodat deze bijdragen aan het behalen van organisatiedoelstellingen en gezonde bedrijfsvoering. Je adviseert over de naleving van HR-kaders, richtlijnen en regelgeving en je adviseert de managers op het gebied van actuele HR vraagstukken, evenals de totstandkoming van- en advisering over de jaarplannen. Tenslotte fungeer je in overleg van de managers met medewerkers in voorkomende gevallen als procesbegeleider en adviseer je de organisatie (teammanagers en DT / MT) bij tegengestelde belangen.
