HR adviseur Arbeidsvoorwaarden Als HR Adviseur krijg je veel afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid binnen een HR-afdeling die uit twee personen bestaat. Je werkt in een informele, technische en no-nonsense omgeving waar je de ruimte krijgt om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen met opleidingen en cursussen. Ook aan gezelligheid ontbreekt het niet, met teamuitjes, borrels en BBQ's. Je werkt vier of vijf dagen per week vanuit de regio Aalsmeer. Dit kun je verwachten: - Je ontvangt een salaris tussen € 3.500 en € 5.000 bruto per maand op basis van 38,75 uur, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring. - Je krijgt 25 vakantiedagen, 5 ATV-dagen, 8% vakantiegeld, een goede pensioenregeling en een reiskostenvergoeding. - Na één jaar heb je uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. - Je gaat 4 of 5 dagen per week aan de slag. - Bij een fulltime dienstverband is het mogelijk om één dag per week vanuit huis te werken. - Voor jouw ontwikkeling zijn er volop mogelijkheden om opleidingen en cursussen te volgen. Functieomschrijving Als HR Adviseur vorm je samen met de HR Business Partner de HR-afdeling. Omdat er binnen deze dynamische organisatie veel verschillende onderwerpen op HR afkomen, is jouw functie breed. Natuurlijk zorg je dat de HR-administratie goed geregeld is, maar jouw verantwoordelijkheid gaat verder. Je begeleidt verzuimtrajecten, ondersteunt bij gesprekken met medewerkers, overlegt met het MT en draagt bij aan HR-processen en projecten. Daarmee krijg je de kans om jezelf steeds verder te ontwikkelen in de volle breedte van het HR-vak. Over de organisatie: Je gaat als HR Adviseur werken bij een internationale organisatie binnen de technische maakindustrie.
