We bakken ons brood met de lekkerste en puurste ingrediënten. Daarnaast zijn wij een charmant MKB-bedrijf, waarin we continu kijken naar groei en ontwikkeling. We willen ons blijven ontwikkelen om aan de vraag van de consument te voldoen, zonder verlies van de authentieke smaak van onze broden. Gezond genieten staat bij ons centraal! Vanaf januari 2024 is SOMA Bakery onderdeel van de Belgische Groep-Cretskens, een familieonderneming waartoe o.a. ook de industriële Crelem-bakkerijen behoren. Kennis en ervaring over de diverse specifieke disciplines kan daarmee over de diverse bakkerijen worden uitgewisseld. Samen streven we naar de perfecte producten en leren we hierin van elkaar. Jouw kerntaken als HR Adviseur Als HR Adviseur van SOMA Bakery heb je een divers takenpakket met altijd de focus op de organisatie en het personeel. Het is een zelfstandige functie waarin je de verantwoordelijkheid hebt over de HR-gerelateerde werkzaamheden zowel op operationeel als tactisch en strategisch niveau. Voor het uitvoeren van deze functie is het van belang dat je kennis en ervaring hebt van: - Onder andere de Nederlandse wet- en regelgeving omtrent verzuim en de begeleiding hiervan; - Het dragen van verantwoordelijkheid van het gehele indiensttraject (denk aan: werving & selectie, onboarding, eval...
