Het gaat om een tijdelijke functie ter vervanging van uitval, met uitzicht op verlenging of een vast dienstverband. Wat ga je doen? |Als HR Adviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken binnen de organisatie. Je combineert adviseren met het verbeteren van processen en systemen en krijgt veel ruimte om hierin initiatief te nemen. Een ideale functie voor iemand die niet alleen met mensen bezig wil zijn, maar ook energie krijgt van het slim inrichten van HR. Jouw taken op een rij: • Je adviseert over onderwerpen zoals arbeidsrecht, verzuim, recruitment en organisatieontwikkeling; • Je begeleidt verzuimtrajecten, performance vraagstukken en overige personele casuïstiek; • Je analyseert HR-data en vertaalt deze naar praktische adviezen en managementinformatie; • Je optimaliseert HR-processen en werkt aan de verdere inrichting van Loket en YouServe; • Je draagt bij aan HR-projecten, beleidsontwikkeling en verbetertrajecten binnen de organisatie.
