Om deze functie succesvol in te vullen, zijn een aantal dingen onmisbaar: - Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in HRM of vergelijkbare. - Ervaring als HR Adviseur of soortgelijk. - Je bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar. - Je handelt altijd eerlijk, zorgvuldig en integer. - Je bent communicatief sterk en weet mensen op verschillende niveaus mee te nemen in jouw adviezen. - Je begrijpt de behoeften van zowel onze medewerkers als het management en weet hierop in te spelen. - Je kunt goed plannen en organiseren. - Prioriteiten stellen is waar je goed in bent.
