- HR Adviseur - 40 - 40 uur - € 4.000,- / € 4.500,- - Oss Als HR Adviseur ben jij de sparringpartner voor het management, geef je advies over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken en werk je actief mee aan het professionaliseren van beleid. Je krijgt ruimte voor eigen initiatief binnen een informele, flexibele organisatie. Functieomschrijving Wil jij een brede HR-rol waarin je niet alleen adviseert, maar ook daadwerkelijk invloed hebt op beleid, processen en organisatieontwikkeling? In deze functie krijg je de ruimte om leidinggevenden te ondersteunen bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken en werk je mee aan een toekomstbestendige HR-organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Als HR Adviseur ben je het aanspreekpunt voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers op het gebied van HR. Je combineert operationele werkzaamheden met tactische vraagstukken en levert een actieve bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het HR-beleid. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Adviseren van leidinggevenden over personeelsvraagstukken, functioneren, ontwikkeling en inzetbaarheid. - Begeleiden van verzuim- en re-integratietrajecten. - Ontwikkelen, implementeren en actualiseren van HR-beleid. - Coördineren van werving- en selectieprocedures. - Opstellen en actualiseren van functieprofielen. - Bewaken van de toepassing van arbeidsrechtelijke richtlijnen en HR-processen. - Samenwerken met externe partijen, zoals arbodiensten en arbeidsrechtelijke adviseurs. - Bijdragen aan projecten op het gebied van arbeidsvoorwaarden, talentmanagement en HR-administratieve processen. Wat neem je mee? - Hbo- of wo-opleiding in de richting van HRM, Personeel & Arbeid of vergelijkbaar. - Meerdere jaren ervaring in een adviserende HR-functie. - Actuele kennis van arbeidsrecht, verzuimbegeleiding en HR-processen. - Ervaring met het ontwikkelen en implementeren van HR-beleid. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om verschillende belangen samen te brengen. - Je bent analytisch sterk ...
