Je adviseert de managers van je teams pro-actief over HR thema's en instrumentarium in volle omvang, zodat deze bijdragen aan het behalen van organisatiedoelstellingen en gezonde bedrijfsvoering. Je adviseert over de naleving van HR-kaders, richtlijnen en regelgeving en je adviseert de managers op het gebied van actuele HR vraagstukken, evenals de totstandkoming van- en advisering over de jaarplannen.
