Werk je zelfstandig, ben je zichtbaar op de werkvloer en weet je HR-beleid om te zetten naar oplossingen die in een hotel écht werken? Dan zoeken we jou! Met zo'n 100 collega's in fulltime en parttime dienstverband is ons hotel groot genoeg voor stevige HR-vraagstukken. Tegelijk is het klein genoeg om direct te zien wat jouw bijdrage oplevert. Jouw rol Als HR Adviseur ben je dé HR-professional van het hotel. Je past zelfstandig de HR-instrumenten toe binnen de wet- en regelgeving, de cao Horeca en het HR-beleid van Van der Valk International. Je adviseert de directie en leidinggevenden over alle HR-vraagstukken. De uitvoering van het HR-beleid ligt bij de leidinggevenden, en jij zorgt dat zij die rol goed en met vertrouwen kunnen invullen. Je rapporteert aan General manager en werkt vakinhoudelijk nauw samen met HR Shared Services van Van der Valk International in Amersfoort. Ook stem je regelmatig af met je collega HR Adviseurs van de andere hotels. Wat ga je doen? Adviseren en coachen - Je adviseert leidinggevenden over de aanpak van HR-vraagstukken: inhoudelijk, qua proces en qua leiderschapsstijl. - Je bereidt samen met leidinggevenden gesprekken voor over verzuim, functioneren, ontwikkeling en werkgeluk, en coacht hen daarin. - Je handelt vragen van individuele medewerkers zelf af en treedt op als intermediair tussen medewerker en leidinggevende. - Je voert zelfstandig het casemanagement bij verzuim en re-integratie, in samenwerking met de bedrijfsarts/arbodienst. In-, door- en uitstroom - Je initieert en coördineert activiteiten rond recruitment en employer branding, zodat het hotel een aantrekkelijke werkgever blijft voor vaste en parttime krachten. ...
