Wat ga je doen? Onze medewerkers zetten zich iedere dag in om kinderen in hun eigen vertrouwde omgeving de best mogelijke medische zorg en medisch pedagogische begeleiding te bieden. Om dat goed te kunnen doen, is het belangrijk dat zij met plezier, energie en vertrouwen kunnen werken. Dat is waar jij in beeld komt.

Als HR-adviseur werk je nauw samen met het bestuur en de teamleiders. Je adviseert over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken: van verzuim en arbeidsrecht tot teamontwikkeling, behoud van medewerkers en de toepassing van de cao VVT. Daarbij ondersteun je leidinggevenden bij het maken van passende en toekomstgerichte keuzes.

Maar jouw rol gaat verder. We willen de inzetbaarheid van onze medewerkers verder versterken. Met jouw kennis en expertise help je ons deze thema’s te vertalen naar beleid en praktijk. Wat hebben medewerkers nodig om gezond, gemotiveerd en met plezier hun werk te blijven doen? En wat vraagt dat van onze organisatie en leidinggevenden?

Kortom, je geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd advies, signaleert verbeterkansen en neemt initiatief om HR-beleid en organisatieontwikkeling verder vorm te geven.

Jouw werkweek in vogelvlucht:

- Je bent sparringpartner voor bestuur en teamleiders bij HR- en organisatievraagstukken.

- Je begeleidt en adviseert teamleiders bij verzuim, re-integratie, functioneren en arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken.

- Je helpt bij een juiste toepassing van de cao VVT en relevante wet- en regelgeving;

- Je vertaalt ontwikkelingen binnen HR en de arbeidsmarkt naar praktische oplossingen voor Vivre.

- Je geeft duurzame inzetbaarheid en werkgeluk een structurele plek binnen onze organisatie.

- Je beantwoord vragen van medewerkers op het gebied van HR en bent betrokken bij het on- en offboarden van medewerkers.

- Je neemt deel in RI&E/arbocommissie.

- Je zet jouw expertise in om werkplezier, ontwikkeling, verbinding en betrokkenheid te versterken.
