Functieomschrijving HR adviseur In deze rol ben jij volledig verantwoordelijk voor de Nederlandse entiteit binnen de organisatie. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevende, hebt maandelijkse overleggen met het internationale HR team, pakt de werving en selectie van nieuwe collega's op en optimaliseert dit proces, coördineert het verzuim, levert salarismutaties aan, ondersteunt bij de gesprekscycli en geeft HR breed advies. Je komt terecht in een mensgerichte en commerciële omgeving waarin je dicht op de business staat en écht iets kan betekenen. Functievereisten HR adviseur Ben jij die alleskunner op HR met: - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een HR brede functie; - Goede beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling); - Een enthousiaste en stevige houding waarmee je makkelijk verbindt; - Zin om een HR brede rol op je te nemen en verantwoordelijkheid te dragen?
