HR Adviseur - Duiven - HBO - 24 per week Voor onze opdrachtgever in Duiven zijn wij opzoek naar een parttime HR Adviseur die stevig in zijn/haar schoenen staat. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren, begeleiden en ondersteunen van managers van diverse afdelingen. Je adviseert op het gebied van recruitment, verzuim, personeelsplanning en andere HR gerelateerde zaken. Dit breng je mee - Een afgeronde hbo opleiding met minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare HR rol; - Bereid 24 uur per week, verdeeld over 4 dagen te werken; - Een stevige persoonlijkheid die zijn /haar mannetje staat en goed kan communiceren met de diverse lagen in de organisatie; - Een enthousiast, toegankelijk en betrokken persoon die een sparringpartner wil zijn voor zijn/haar collega's en leidinggevenden; - Naast het Nederlandse taal is een goede beheersing van het Engelse taal verplicht in deze rol. Dit kun je van ons verwachten Een dynamische baan waarin je zelfstandig werkt en ruimte krijgt jezelf te ontwikkelen. We starten met een tijdelijk dienstverband en daarna behoort een vast dienstverband tot de mogelijkheden. Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals een marktconform salaris, een goede pensioenregeling, collectieve zorgverzekering en mogelijkheid voor bijkopen vakantiedagen.
