En krijg jij energie van onderzoek, projecten en organisatieontwikkeling? Dan is dit een mooie kans om je HR-kennis in de praktijk te brengen én direct impact te maken. Als HR-adviseur met focus op projecten werk je het eerste jaar mee aan verschillende organisatie brede projecten rondom leiderschap en leiderschapsontwikkeling. Je wordt onderdeel van het HR-team en werkt nauw samen met HR-collega's, projectleiders en andere betrokkenen binnen GGZ Rivierduinen. Je maakt deel uit van een grote zorgorganisatie en ziet van dichtbij hoe strategische HR-vraagstukken, leiderschap en organisatieontwikkeling samenkomen. Je bent niet alleen betrokken bij het bedenken en onderzoeken, maar juist ook bij het in beweging brengen van projecten. Je verzamelt informatie, doet onderzoek, analyseert resultaten en vertaalt deze naar heldere inzichten. Daarnaast help je mee met de praktische organisatie en uitvoering van activiteiten binnen het leiderschapsprogramma. Kortom: een functie voor iemand die graag onderzoekt, organiseert, verbindt en vooruithelpt. En er is meer. Na dit eerste jaar is er de mogelijkheid om eventueel door te stromen naar een reguliere rol als HR-adviseur. In die rol werk je op tactisch niveau samen met de HR Business Partner en adviseer je over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken binnen GGZ Rivierduinen. Wat ga je doen?
