Je komt te werken bij een internationaal opererend logistiek bedrijf in Helmond dat het volledige fulfilmentproces voor bekende merken verzorgt. De organisatie combineert een professionele en moderne werkomgeving met de korte lijnen en persoonlijke sfeer van een familiebedrijf. Samenwerking, betrouwbaarheid en continu verbeteren staan centraal. Je krijgt veel vrijheid binnen je functie en houdt je bezig met vrijwel het volledige HR-vakgebied. De ene dag overleg je met een leidinggevende over een medewerker die dreigt uit te vallen, de volgende dag bespreek je de personeelsbezetting of denk je mee over het aantrekken en behouden van nieuwe collega's.
