De ouderenzorg verandert. De zorgvraag wordt complexer, de arbeidsmarkt blijft krap en goed werkgeverschap is belangrijker dan ooit. Dat vraagt om HR-professionals die verder kijken dan processen alleen.

Als HR-adviseur bij verpleeghuis De Open Hof ben jij een belangrijke sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden. Je helpt hen bij vraagstukken rondom inzetbaarheid, verzuim, ontwikkeling en samenwerking en draagt bij aan een werkomgeving waarin medewerkers met plezier kunnen blijven werken én de beste zorg kunnen bieden.

Tegelijkertijd werk je mee aan een bijzondere ontwikkeling. Begin 2027 verhuist De Open Hof van Amsterdam Nieuw-West naar een moderne nieuwbouwlocatie naast station Amsterdam Amstel. Een verandering die niet alleen draait om een nieuw gebouw, maar vooral om het begeleiden van medewerkers, teams en leidinggevenden naar een nieuwe fase.

Bij ZGAO krijg je de ruimte om impact te maken: op medewerkers, op de organisatie én uiteindelijk op de kwaliteit van zorg voor onze bewoners.

DIT GA JE DOEN Als HR-adviseur ben je de vaste gesprekspartner voor leidinggevenden op jouw locatie. Je combineert tactisch meedenken met een praktische aanpak. Je adviseert, coacht en ondersteunt, maar bent ook niet te beroerd om zelf zaken op te pakken als dat nodig is.

Je bent een ervaren HR-professional die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende gesprekspartners, houdt overzicht in een dynamische omgeving en weet mensen op een positieve manier in beweging te krijgen.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

• Adviseren en ondersteunen van leidinggevenden bij HR-, verzuim- en arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken;

• Begeleiden van functioneren, ontwikkeling, duurzame inzetbaarheid en arbeidsrelaties van medewerkers;

• Versterken van leidinggevenden in hun rol als coach en werkgever;

• Bijdragen aan het aantrekken, ontwikkelen en behouden van zorgprofessionals;

• Bewaken en optimalis
