Als HR-adviseur speel je daarin een belangrijke rol. Je helpt ons om organisatievraagstukken te vertalen naar helder en toepasbaar HR-beleid. Je adviseert leidinggevenden over complexe HR- en arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken en draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze HR-organisatie. We zoeken daarbij niet naar iemand die op ieder onderdeel al het perfecte profiel heeft. Voor deze functie vinden we vooral jouw expertise in HR-beleid en arbeidsrecht belangrijk. Ervaring met het ontwikkelen en leiden van HR-projecten is waardevol, maar daarin kun je je bij ons ook verder ontwikkelen. Als HR-adviseur ben je een stevige inhoudelijke gesprekspartner voor teamleiders, afdelingsmanagers en directie. Je kijkt verder dan de individuele HR-vraag die op tafel ligt. Je onderzoekt wat er speelt, brengt verschillende belangen en perspectieven bij elkaar en vertaalt vraagstukken naar advies, beleid en concrete oplossingen. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met je HR-collega's en andere collega's binnen Save the Children. - ontwikkelen, actualiseren en implementeren van HR-beleid; - vertalen van organisatievraagstukken en ontwikkelingen naar HR-voorstellen en beleid; - adviseren van leidinggevenden en het managementteam ...
