BlueTrail Ervaren HR Adviseur 28 u p/w Gelderland 26 - 28u p/w HBO Functieomschrijving Opdracht Vanwege het vertrek van een collega is gemeente Oldebroek op zoek naar een ervaren HR-adviseur die tijdelijk de continuïteit van de HR-dienstverlening waarborgt bij de afdeling Sociaal Domein. De opdracht betreft dus een ingebedde functie onder leiding en toezicht. Als HR-adviseur ben je sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden en adviseer je over uiteenlopende personele en organisatorische vraagstukken. Je begeleidt trajecten op het gebied van verzuim, functioneren, ontwikkeling en duurzame inzetbaarheid en ondersteunt bij arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken. Je neemt een eigen portefeuille over en wordt geacht snel zelfstandig te kunnen opereren binnen de gemeentelijke context. Naast de dagelijkse advisering lever je een bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling van HR-beleid, HR-processen en organisatieontwikkeling. Een belangrijk aandachtsgebied binnen deze opdracht is het sociaal domein. Affiniteit met of ervaring binnen dit werkveld is daarom een pre. Werkzaamheden - Adviseren en ondersteunen van leidinggevenden bij HR-vraagstukken. - Begeleiden van verzuim-, functionerings- en ontwikkeltrajecten. - Adviseren over arbeidsrechtelijke en rechtspositionele vraagstukken. - Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling, actualisatie en implementatie van HR-beleid. - Signaleren van relevante ontwikkelingen binnen het HR-vakgebied en deze vertalen naar de organisatie. - Meedenken over de verdere professionalisering van HR-processen en dienstverlening. - Deelnemen aan HR-projecten en organisatieontwikkelingen. - Zelfstandig oppakken en beheren van lopende dossiers.
