Ontwikkel jezelf én ons vitaliteits- en verzuimbeleid bij LOGOS scholengroep in Leerdam, Gorinchem en West-Betuwe! Wie zoeken wij? Vanuit goed werkgeverschap vinden we het belangrijk dat elke medewerker vitaal en bevlogen zijn of haar werk kan doen. Als HR adviseur binnen LOGOS scholengroep richt je je met name op de uitvoering en (door)ontwikkeling van ons vitaliteits, verzuim- en arbobeleid. Hiermee lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan een gezond werkklimaat en aantrekkelijk werkgeverschap. Samen met je collega op het HR domein fungeer je als sparringpartner voor directeuren en ben je aanspreekpunt voor diverse partijen waarmee wij samenwerken. Je maakt dus steeds de vertaling van het (ontwikkelde) beleid naar de uitvoering en omgekeerd. Je adviseert directeuren in de verzuim- begeleiding, bewaakt de te volgen acties en schakelt bij waar nodig. Als bovenschools veiligheids- coördinator voer je regie over het arbobeleid, bewaak je acties en opvolging ervan. Op basis van relevante ontwikkelingen in je vakgebied, maatschappij én onderwijsveld, adviseer en initieer je aanpassingen in beleid en werkwijzen en ontplooi je nieuwe initiatieven op het gebied van vitaliteit en werkplezier. Je hebt een christelijke levenshouding en je zoekt een hardwerkend en gezellig team om mee samen te werken!
