HR adviseur - Assen - Kantoorfuncties - Full-time - HR HR adviseur - Assen - Full-time - Kantoorfuncties - HR Dit ga je doen Als HR adviseur ben je zichtbaar op ons kantoor in Assen en dé sparringpartner voor onze supervisors, hoofdbeveiligers en diverse operationele teams. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega HR adviseurs en HR business partners, onder aansturing van jouw HR manager. Je signaleert wat er speelt en schakelt direct. Je adviseert, begeleidt, verbindt en bouwt aan een professionele en mensgerichte personeelsomgeving. Je werkt in een hecht HR-team en krijgt de ruimte om écht impact te maken. Jouw rol is vooral praktijkgericht: een combinatie van adviseren, coachen en namens HR ben je af en toe zichtbaar bij klanten op locatie. - Je ondersteunt en coacht de operatie bij HR-vraagstukken zoals verlof, performance, gedrag, inzetbaarheid en ontwikkeling. - Je adviseert medewerkers en leidinggevenden over uiteenlopende HR-onderwerpen - van verzuim tot doorstroom. - Je signaleert trends uit de operatie en vertaalt deze naar verbeterkansen voor het HR-team en de organisatie. - Je werkt nauw samen met Recruitment, L&D, HR operations en het HR Service Center. - Je draagt bij aan HR-projecten binnen de regio Noord-Oost, zoals duurzame inzetbaarheid, cultuur en het Medewerkers Betrokkenheidsonderzoek. - Werken met systemen als AFAS Profit en MS Office. Dit ben jij - Je hebt een HBO-diploma in HRM of een vergelijkbare richting - Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een HR-(advies)rol - Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische, operationele omgeving - Je bent zichtbaar, benaderbaar, pragmatisch en communicatief sterk - Je houdt van diversiteit aan taken, contactpersonen en het snelle schakelen - Je hebt basiskennis van arbeidsrecht (bv. Wet Verbetering Poortwachter) en weet dit praktisch toe te passen Dit krijg jij van ons - Een salaris tussen € 3.250,- en € 4.550,- per 4 weken, afhankelijk van jouw ervarin...
